Today, April 19th, is the anniversary of the start of the American Revolution. On this day, 241 years ago, the “shot heard around the world” was fired at the Battle of Lexington.

After the “shot heard around the world” started the Revolution, it would take over seven years for the United States to win the war and ultimately their independence. And we are thankful for that.

What makes the United States great and unlike any other country is that the core values of freedom and liberty form the foundation of our nation and remain a part of our culture.

As an industry that is made up of American companies, with American workers in America’s hometowns we look back on days like today to remember the country’s great history.
