American Beverage issued the following statement on the passing of First Lady Rosalynn Carter:

 

"First Lady Rosalynn Carter will always be remembered for the dignity and strength she showed throughout her life, as a mother, a wife, and an advocate for the causes she held dear as a partner in the presidency of her husband, Jimmy Carter. Her remarkable life, from her smalltown roots in Plains, Ga., to the White House, exemplified the best of America. Where she saw injustice she worked diligently to overcome it, as she did with her inspiring efforts to draw the country's attention to the struggles of people with mental illnesses. Our prayers are with her and her entire family."
