On March 25th, the PepsiCo Foundation announced an $11 million global investment in food, water and other critical support to the most vulnerable communities impacted by COVID-19. Domestically, the philanthropic arm of PepsiCo continues to fight hunger and poverty in communities with their Food for Good program – providing 200,000 meals weekly to students and distributing at least 1 million meals over the next month to communities impacted by this pandemic. In partnership with the USDA and the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty, one million food boxes will be delivered to students across rural America, and PepsiCo will provide ongoing support with a $1m commitment to these organizations. PepsiCo has also donated $100,000 to Feeding Westchester to help distribute shelf-stable meals and fresh produce to local residents across Westchester County, NY.
