In case you haven’t heard, 74 percent of voters in Massachusetts overwhelmingly rejected expansion of the state’s current bottle bill tax.  The bottle bill is an outdated and ineffective way of recycling.  It’s 2014, we should expand curbside and other comprehensive recycling programs that address all recyclables – not just one small piece of the waste stream.  Way to go, Massachusetts!
